Gear in +1 Assassin Leveling is easier to manage when you separate it into three jobs. Daggers are the weapon progression promised by the official description. Equipment is the stat layer seen dropping or appearing during current gameplay. Auras are an additional boost category reported in current walkthroughs. They may all raise power, but they come from different places and should not be compared as if they occupy the same slot.
Gear types and what they solve
The most important rule is to read the current item panel. Names, prices, unlocks, and effects can move as the game is updated. A video showing one price proves that a tier existed in that recording, not that every server still uses the same value.
Follow the dagger line first
The developer describes daggers as a level-based sequence in which every new blade is stronger than the last. This gives you a simple decision rule: use the newest dagger you have unlocked and can obtain. An older blade may remain visually appealing, but there is no official evidence that it beats a later tier or supplies a special build tradeoff.
Keep hitting to level, watch for a new dagger unlock, inspect its displayed requirement, then acquire and equip it when practical. If the next dagger is too expensive, continue with your current best blade while raising Strength, using pets, and clearing reliable enemies. Do not attach an exact name or price to a tier unless the live shop identifies both on the same screen.
The Daggers Guide contains the working weapon index and explains why “best dagger,” “dagger list,” and “weapon progression” belong to the same linear choice instead of separate pages.
Evaluate equipment by usable effect
Community-recorded play shows equipment appearing around combat and rewards, with visible stat language including damage and critical chance. The public Roblox description does not publish an equipment catalog, rarity table, drop rate, or slot system. That means a safe comparison starts with the item card in your inventory.
Read the displayed name, effect, numerical value, equip state, and source. Compare one change at a time. Equip the candidate, attack the same kind of target under the same boosts, and look for a stable difference. A higher-looking number is not useful if it belongs to a stat that does not solve your current gate.
Damage item
Use when enemy health is the wall. Compare repeated normal hits before and after equipping it, with the same dagger and boosts.
Critical item
Use when the live card clearly names a critical effect. Test over many hits because a chance-based result cannot be judged from one large number.
Health item
Use when survival or a boss attack is stopping progress. Confirm that the health total changes rather than inferring the effect from the item's appearance.
Speed or utility item
Use when travel or attack rhythm is the bottleneck. Check whether the game labels movement, attack speed, or another distinct effect.
The Equipment Guide gives a repeatable inventory and drop-testing route without presenting an invented complete list.
Treat auras as a separate upgrade track
Auras are visible in current same-game community coverage, but the official description does not explain their names, effects, costs, or stacking. Approach the aura display only after you understand which value it asks for. Inspect the selected aura, record the text shown before purchase, and compare the affected stat after equipping.
Do not assume an aura is purely cosmetic, and do not assume it multiplies Strength. The live effect label is the deciding evidence. If a walkthrough calls an aura “best” without showing the current panel and a measurable result, treat that ranking as an opinion rather than a buying rule.
The Auras Guide explains how to compare unlock, source, effect, price, and current verification status. It intentionally leaves unsupported names and values out.
Upgrade order for a blocked player
- Read the gate. Identify whether the next obstacle measures Strength, damage, Wins, level, or another displayed requirement.
- Equip the newest dagger. A forgotten weapon upgrade is the fastest problem to fix because the official ordering is linear.
- Check equipment. Sort through recent drops and select the strongest relevant displayed effect.
- Review pets. Gear does not work alone; a stronger pet loadout may increase the value of every later click or hit.
- Compare an aura. Buy only when its live effect and currency match the problem you are solving.
- Return to a repeatable fight. Test the upgrade where you can clearly compare clear time, hits required, or damage shown.
Avoid changing every layer at once. If you equip a dagger, three items, new pets, and an aura before testing, you will not know which purchase delivered value. One controlled comparison protects your currency and makes later decisions quicker.
A responsive gear index
The currently documented index is intentionally system-based because no complete live roster is available. Each future entry should include the exact displayed name, type, source, unlock, price and currency, effect, version checked, and evidence status. Missing information stays unset.
Dagger record
Name, unlock level, purchase requirement, displayed power, equipped result, checked date, and a link to the dagger comparison.
Equipment record
Name, slot if shown, drop or reward source, stat text, rarity if the game names it, test conditions, and checked date.
Aura record
Name, display location, unlock, price currency, effect text, whether it stacks, observed result, and checked date.
This card structure works on narrow screens without forcing a wide table. More importantly, it prevents a partial community observation from being promoted into a supposedly complete catalog.
Common gear mistakes
- Calling every weapon a sword and missing the game’s official dagger progression language.
- Saving an affordable linear dagger upgrade while struggling against a damage gate.
- Treating one critical hit as proof of a permanent damage increase.
- Copying an old price without checking the currency and server version.
- Assuming glow color establishes rarity when the item card does not name a rarity.
- Buying an aura before reading what it changes.
- Keeping weaker equipment because its name sounds rarer than a stronger displayed effect.
- Combining observed prices from unrelated pet, aura, and weapon displays into one false dagger list.
Gear questions
What is the best dagger?
The newest unlocked dagger you can obtain is the safest answer because the official description says each new dagger is stronger than the last. Exact names and tier requirements still need live inventory verification.
Does equipment drop from enemies?
Current walkthroughs show item rewards around combat, but the complete enemy-to-item drop map and probabilities are not published. Record the source shown in your own session before treating a drop as repeatable.
Are auras required?
Public evidence shows auras as a progression system, but no official rule says every aura is mandatory. Compare the displayed effect with your current wall and keep training or upgrading other layers if the aura is not yet affordable.
Can gear effects stack?
The stacking rules for equipment, auras, pets, rebirths, friend boosts, and paid passes are not documented. Test the live before-and-after value rather than adding or multiplying labels on paper.
Evidence note
Dagger progression is Official from the Roblox experience description, checked October 9, 2026. Equipment and aura behavior is Community reported from current same-game walkthroughs. Individual names, prices, drops, rarities, probabilities, and stacking remain live-interface facts that require in-game confirmation.
