Equipment in +1 Assassin Leveling is a stat layer distinct from daggers and pets. Current same-game walkthroughs show items appearing around early combat and rewards, with visible references to effects such as damage and critical chance. The official public description does not publish an equipment roster, slot system, rarity table, or drop rates, so every useful entry begins with the live item card.
Inspect every new item
Open the item after it appears and record the exact displayed name, effect, value, source, and equip state. If the game names a slot or rarity, record that too. Do not infer rarity from color, glow, size, or a creator thumbnail.
Compare the new item with the one currently equipped for the same job. A critical item and a damage item may both improve combat in different ways. A health item can be better for surviving a boss even when it does not shorten a normal wave.
Equipment record fields
Test damage equipment
Choose one repeatable enemy, keep the same dagger, pets, friends, and boosts, then record several normal hits. Equip the candidate damage item and repeat. Compare the stable hit value or total hits needed, not one critical spike.
If the item card displays a Strength requirement or tag, do not automatically call that its bonus. It may be an unlock or equip requirement. Look for the part of the card that explicitly names the effect.
Test critical equipment
Critical chance is random, so a single large hit proves only that a critical result can happen. Use many attacks under the same conditions. Record how often the distinct critical result appears and whether the item changes the size, chance, or both according to its live text.
The official Store also contains critical passes, which can confound an item test. Record owned passes before comparing equipment. Do not add a Store percentage to an item percentage unless the live game explains the calculation.
Track drops without inventing rates
One enemy dropping an item once establishes an observed source, not a guaranteed drop or a probability. Repeat the same target under consistent conditions. Count complete defeats and item appearances, and note any luck effect active during the session.
Do not publish a percentage from a tiny sample. If the game itself displays a chance, record it with the version and screen. If several current independent runs agree on a source but not a rate, label the source Community corroborated and leave probability unknown.
Manage the inventory
Equip improvements immediately when they solve the current wall. Keep a small set of alternate effects for different jobs—damage for faster clears, health for survival, critical for long enough fights where chance matters. Remove or store weaker duplicates only after confirming there is no fusion, quest, or collection use displayed by the game.
Pet storage passes do not automatically apply to equipment. Check each inventory’s own limit and controls. If the game offers delete, sell, lock, or favorite actions, lock the best item before clearing space.
Equipment and other power layers
Daggers follow an official linear order and should be compared within the weapon track. Pets provide passive boosts. Auras are a separate reported track. Rebirth and friend bonuses affect broader progression. Change one layer at a time when measuring an equipment item.
The Gear hub provides the order for diagnosing a blocked fight. The Combat Guide explains when damage, survival, or consistency is the real problem.
Common equipment mistakes
- Treating one drop as guaranteed.
- Guessing rarity from color.
- Confusing a requirement with an effect.
- Testing a critical item with one hit.
- Changing pets and dagger during the same comparison.
- Assuming an item name establishes a complete set or slot bonus.
- Copying values from an old server without a check date.
- Calling the currently documented examples a complete item list.
Equipment questions
Where does equipment come from?
Current gameplay shows items around combat and progression rewards. Exact enemies, bosses, quests, and probabilities need a live record for each item.
What equipment is best?
The best item is the verified effect that solves your current problem. Damage, critical chance, health, and utility can win in different situations.
Are there rarities?
No complete official rarity system is public. Use a rarity only when the live item card names it.
Can equipment effects stack?
Slots and stacking are not publicly documented. Equip one candidate at a time, read the final displayed stats, and compare under controlled conditions.
Evidence note
Equipment drops and sample combat stats are Community reported from current same-game walkthroughs. Individual item identity, source, effect, rarity, slot, and drop probability remain in-game facts that must be verified per entry.
